George Brinton McClellan (December 3, 1826 – October 29, 1885) was an American soldier, civil engineer, railroad executive, and politician who served as the 24th Governor of New Jersey. A graduate of West Point, McClellan served with distinction during the Mexican–American War (1846–1848), and later left the Army to work on railroads until the outbreak of the American Civil War (1861–1865). Dee Linford (1915-1971) was a journalist, free lance writer, and magazine editor. He was born in Afton, Wyoming, and graduated from the University of Wyoming. He did newspaper work in Laramie and Rock Springs, Wyoming, before joining the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, where he was editor of "Wyoming Wildlife" for 15 years.
